Scizino privacy notice
Scizino collects sign-up, payment and KYC data from Australian players, keeps account records for five years and answers data questions at contact@scizino.com.
Data Scizino collects and keeps
We collect what an account and a payout need: your email, country and payment details at sign-up and deposit, then identity documents at verification. Those documents are a passport or ID card, a utility bill not older than three months, a photo of the payment card and, when needed, a selfie with the document or a video call. Connections to the site use TLS 1.2, and account records stay on file for five years.
| Data | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-up details and country | opening the account | 5 years |
| ID or passport | verification (KYC) | 5 years |
| Proof of address (3 months max) | verification (KYC) | 5 years |
| Payment card | payments and verification | 5 years |
| Selfie, video call, phone call | extra checks | 5 years |
How Scizino protects your data
Every page and form on the site travels over TLS 1.2, document uploads included. Adding a new payment method triggers a fresh document check, and when an extra check is needed we may ask for a selfie with your ID, a video call or a phone call. Reviewing submitted documents takes up to 24 hours.

Your rights over Scizino account data
Write to contact@scizino.com with any question about your data or to close the account. Two limits apply: the country on the account cannot be changed, and data stays stored for five years, as our FAQ explains. A new payment method or changed details can trigger a fresh document check. Disputes about data, like other disputes, fall under the laws of Costa Rica.
| Right | Channel | How |
|---|---|---|
| Access to your data | contact@scizino.com | Email us from your account address and ask for a copy of the data we hold. |
| Correction | contact@scizino.com | Tell us which detail is wrong and attach proof, such as a recent utility bill. |
| Account closure | contact@scizino.com | Ask in writing to close the account; data stays stored for five years afterwards. |
| Account country | cannot be changed | The country set at sign-up stays; moving abroad does not change it on the account. |

Your Scizino data after account closure
| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Retention | 5 years |
- Account data stays stored for five years, and closing the account does not shorten that period.
- Documents gathered for AML checks can be requested again whenever a new payment method appears.
- Request closure by email to contact@scizino.com; live chat can explain the steps.
Keeping your Scizino account safe
- Pick a password used nowhere else, and change it if you suspect a leak.
- Never share your login, even with family; one account means one person.
- Do not open a second account; duplicates are closed through contact@scizino.com.
- Log out on shared or public devices and close the browser afterwards.
- Upload documents only inside your profile or cashier, never through social media messages.
